Role Overview / Responsibilities:

This role is focused on outbound calls to existing and past clients only (no cold calling).

Responsibilities include:

• Calling warm leads from our CRM (past salon & mobile grooming clients)
• Thank-you calls, “we miss you” check-ins, and appointment reactivation
• Booking appointments directly or warm-transferring interested clients to our scheduler
• Logging call outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Following provided scripts and escalation rules (no freelancing or selling)

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Tone must be friendly, professional, and service-oriented.

Preferred Working Hours:

• 15–20 hours per week to start
• Monday–Friday
• Preferred calling window: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time

Time Zone:

• Central Time (CT), United States

Tools / CRM / Guidelines:

• CRM: MoeGo (or call list provided weekly via spreadsheet)
• Phone system: Provided by us
• Scripts and objection handling will be provided
• Reps must follow compliance and brand-safe guidelines (no mention of competitors, no pricing negotiation, no social media interaction)

Candidate Profile Preference:

• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients
• Clear spoken English
• Prior experience with outbound calling or appointment setting for service businesses preferred
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to follow scripts closely
