Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our sales team. In this role, you will initiate contact with potential business clients, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective business clients based on our Ideal Client Profile.
- Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to decision-makers at target companies.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interest level, and fit for our services.
- Schedule appointments or meetings between qualified prospects and our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in CRM and tracking systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and improve lead quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong, confident phone presence.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections; persistent and resilient.
- Strong listening skills and ability to communicate value propositions clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B outreach is preferred but not required.
