We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls, cold calls, and other outreach methods. This is a remote position with a focus on growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate prospect details and notes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and outreach.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SDR role, with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and best practices for lead generation.
