Role Summary

Consultative, phone-based B2C outreach to individual households and homeowners. The focus is on needs-based conversations, building trust quickly, and qualifying interested prospects for a next-step appointment or handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound B2C calls to households/homeowners from provided lead lists.
• Use a consultative discovery approach: ask probing questions, actively listen, confirm understanding, and guide the conversation.
• Communicate the value proposition clearly and professionally while remaining helpful and non-pushy.
• Handle objections respectfully and keep conversations productive.
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and schedule appointments or route qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate call notes, dispositions, and follow-ups in CRM/dialer systems.
• Follow talk tracks while adapting naturally to each prospect and scenario.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong phone presence, rapport-building, and conversational confidence.
• Consultative selling style with high empathy and professionalism.
• Prior exposure to B2C homeowner conversations; real estate and/or insurance claims context is a strong plus.
• Solid objection handling and resilience in high-activity outbound environments.
• Organized follow-up habits and attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and basic performance reporting.
