Job Overview:
We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for the entire sales process, from generating leads through cold calling and appointment setting to conducting consultations and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize various sources to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target market segments.
- Appointment Setting:
- Initiate contact with prospects to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure a consistent flow of appointments.
- Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with prospects to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Present product/service offerings in a compelling and informative manner.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Closing Deals:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments from prospects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed assigned targets and quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven +3 yrs experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Advanced English is required (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

4. At least a 15 Mbps internet connection.
5. A really quiet workplace. Background noise will result in disqualification.
Our hours of operations go from 6am PST through 8pm PST Mon - Sun, Shifts are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Full time) within that time range.
