About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a fast-growing Amazon growth solutions initiative focused on helping consumer brands scale their presence on Amazon. This role is responsible for generating qualified meetings with senior-level decision-makers at consumer brands through strategic outbound prospecting and cold calling.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with executives, thrives in a high-performance outbound environment, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding meeting-generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to senior-level executives including CEOs, CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, and Amazon leaders.
- Generate qualified meetings with target accounts and decision-makers.
- Follow and execute outbound scripts, messaging frameworks, and email sequences tailored for the US market.
- Build rapport quickly and communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and meeting outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Manager, QA team, and Trainers to continuously improve performance.
- Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and training programs.
- Utilize feedback from AI-driven QA analysis to improve objection handling, communication, and call effectiveness.
- Work with lead lists and CRM-related CSV data exchanges to ensure prospecting activities remain organized and updated.
- Consistently achieve monthly meeting-generation KPIs.
